Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Funded Reborn ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Funded Reborn website and forex proprietary trading platform (the "Service").

You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Service from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or financing of terrorism
• Market manipulation or insider trading
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Use of automated systems or bots without authorization
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers connected to the Service

Forex Trading and Propfirm Rules

Trading and Challenge Evaluation

Funded Reborn provides a platform for forex trading challenges and proprietary trading account access. All trading activities are subject to:

• Market availability and trading hours
• Challenge fees and evaluation rules as disclosed at the time of purchase
• Verification requirements and compliance checks
• Trading rules and risk management parameters

Trading Execution

All forex trades are executed through our designated trading platform and cannot be reversed once executed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all trade details, including currency pairs, lot sizes, stop loss, and take profit levels. We are not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect trade parameters provided by you.

Market Volatility and Risk

Forex markets are highly volatile and can fluctuate dramatically, especially during news events and market hours. You acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with forex trading and that you may fail challenge evaluations or lose trading capital. We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

Fees and Payments

We charge fees for various services, including challenge evaluations, account activations, profit withdrawals, and other services. All fees are disclosed before you complete a purchase. Fees may change from time to time, and we will notify you of any changes in advance.

You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Service. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Funded Reborn and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or commercialize the Service or its contents.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FUNDED REBORN, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL FUNDED REBORN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO FUNDED REBORN IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FUNDED REBORN AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Funded Reborn and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

This indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
